These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of VOLT, a digital productivity and collaboration platform operated by Prodem Group Ltd. - Prodem W.L.L (“VOLT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOLT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Third-party actions or content
- Security breaches or data loss
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
